Description of Services
Health centre focused on family and community health * health professionals assess and treat non-life-threatening injuries or illnesses * referrals to other local health services and personal development groups

- physiotherapy (provides injury prevention programs, direct assessment and treatment, education, support programs and group programming for clients of the LAMP Community Health Centre and the South Etobicoke area)
- diabetes education program
- nutrition counselling
- dental services (for seniors, children and youth)

- general health promotion
- seniors wellness (exercise and art classes)
- gender affirming care * services aim to promote healthy, safe, and proud LGBTTIQQ2S+ communities by providing support and resources, reducing social exclusion and improving access to health and social services

- social work (LAMP's drop-in counselling is currently on hold)
- weekly youth programs including educational workshops to recreational activities
