Description of Services

Health centre focused on family and community health * health professionals assess and treat non-life-threatening injuries or illnesses * referrals to other local health services and personal development groups

Medical services:
  • primary health care
  • chiropody (foot care)
  • physiotherapy (provides injury prevention programs, direct assessment and treatment, education, support programs and group programming for clients of the LAMP Community Health Centre and the South Etobicoke area)
  • diabetes education program
  • nutrition counselling
  • dental services (for seniors, children and youth)

Community and social support programs:
  • general health promotion
  • seniors wellness (exercise and art classes)
  • gender affirming care * services aim to promote healthy, safe, and proud LGBTTIQQ2S+ communities by providing support and resources, reducing social exclusion and improving access to health and social services
  • mental health support
  • harm reduction program
  • social work (LAMP's drop-in counselling is currently on hold)
  • weekly youth programs including educational workshops to recreational activities
  • ActivateIT! (programs for newcomers, immigrants and refugees) * aim to develop life skills, reduce isolation and empower community members
