Urgent Care Clinic referrals often come from University Health Network Emergency Departments but also come from family physicians within the catchment area. Referral forms can be obtained from the Urgent Care Clinic office. An appointment is usually offered within three working days. Urgent Care Clinic accepts all internal referrals regardless of catchment area. External referrals to UCC are restricted to the catchment area.
