All appointments in Ambulatory Care (e.g. to see a Dermatologist) are scheduled through your Physician’s / Surgeon’s office and they will in turn inform Brightshores of the date/time when we can expect to see you only 2 days before your appointment.

• Cardiac Rehabilitation Program Supervised exercise and education program for adults who need cardiac rehabilitation * depending upon risk factors, comfort with exercise and preference, patients will be offered an exercise program at the YMCA or a personalized home exercise program with weekly contact from the rehabilitation team

• Diabetes Grey Bruce Supports for people living with prediabetes or diabetes * one-on-one or group consultation on monitoring blood sugar levels, medications, healthy eating, exercise, and other lifestyle choices * registered nurse, dietitian and a nurse practitioner on staff
