18-bed long-term care home * residential care for 10 private rooms, and 6 basic rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals * 2 respite care beds

- medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
- assistance with medication and activities of daily living
