Eligibility / Target Population
Foot Care: Limited income and unable to care for for ones feet
Chiropody: Clients with diabetes, vascular disease, other complex illness presenting with foot ulcerations or imminent foot ulcerations

Services include:
Foot Care - for clients who have limited income and are unable to care for their own feet * includes nail care and light callus reduction
High Risk Chiropody - weekly/biweekly ulcer detriment, dressings, offloading with felt/offloading boot * ongoing communication with community nursing services, family Doctors and Infectious Disease Services
