Home care therapy providing Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Nutrition, and Social Work services
- Assistive Devices Program Authorized Assessor Assistive Devices Program Authorized Assessor for mobility devices including walkers, wheelchairs and scooters and seating as part of a comprehensive in home assessment.
- In Home Dietetics Nutritional assessments and care plans provided by a registered dietitian * provided in the patient's home
- In Home Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Physiotherapy and occupational therapy provided at home or virtually
- In Home Social Work Social work services provided at home
- In Home Speech Language Therapy Speech language therapy provided at home
