Community based mental health and addictions services including:

Online referral forms for professionals and individuals wishing to self-refer are available on our website.

  • Addiction Services Outpatient treatment
  •  
  • Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) Interprofessional team providing high intensity services in the community
  •  
  • Case Management Case management to individuals with serious mental health conditions and their significant others
  •  
  • Comprehensive Integrated Housing Residential program that provides in-house inter-disciplinary clinical treatment and support
  •  
  • Court Support/Mental Health Diversion Programs Post-charge advocacy and linkage to agency and community supports for individuals diagnosed with serious mental health and/or addiction concerns who commit minor offences
  •  
  • Crisis Services Crisis intervention line connecting individuals in need 24/7 to immediate support * staffed by mental health professionals
  •  
  • Family Resource Centre Educational materials and information about local resources to family members of individuals with mental health concerns as well as to the general public, other agencies, and professionals
  •  
  • Transitional Case Management Case management to individuals with serious mental health conditions and their significant others for up to 16 weeks
