Regular telephone reassurance and face-to-face visits to isolated older adults of designated buildings to provide support and safety checks * buildings receiving this service are Chinese Evergreen Manor, Villa Elegance and Yee Hong Garden Terrace Assisted Living Services, Seneca Towers and Coral Place (all located in Scarborough)
