Description of Services
The Diabetes Education Centre provides an assessment of health needs, education, information and ongoing management for clients with pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes and gestational diabetes * monthly diabetes education groups offered virtually
Services include:

- Group education classes
- Individualized counseling by registered nurses and dietitians
- Pregnancy care for gestational or type 2 diabetes
- Insulin and GLP-1 initiation and support
- Regular diabetes follow-up
- Endocrinology clinic
