Eligibility / Target Population
Services are available province-wide to children 21 years of age or younger with special needs in a school registered with the Ministry of Education and whom are Ontario residents insured under the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP). Additional eligibility criteria will be assessed upon initial intake.

Ontario Health atHome assess and coordinate access to professional health care services such as nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech-language therapy and dietetic services for children with special health needs who require assistance in the school setting.
