Patients must be referred to the LHSC Regional Renal Program and assessed by London for appropriateness of care within the Chatham satellite hemodialysis unit
Eligibility / Target Population
Patients must be assessed as appropriate for our satellite unit by London * patients must be ambulatory with a maximum of 1 person assist
