In-person exercise classes:
The classes include:
Access to a range of healthcare professionals
- Regain your former abilities
- Control and recognize the symptoms of cardiovascular and pulmonary disease
- Reduce the frequency and severity of symptoms
- Improve quality of life
- Encourage smoking cessation
- Increase functional capacity
- Improve exercise tolerance in order to limit incapacity and gain greater independence
- Develop an action plan for symptom self-management
- Reduce the number of emergency room visits and hospitalizations

- Adult obesity management
- Cholesterol management
- Hypertension management
- Metabolism management
- Nutrition management
- Prevention and exacerbation management
- Psychosocial support
- Respiratory function evaluation
- Smoking cessation management
In-person exercise classes:
- Low, moderate or high intensity
- Offered multiple times per week
- 8 to 12 week programs
The classes include:
- 6 to 8 participants per class

This bilingual program facilitates healthy lifestyle achievements through coaching and education.
