Description of Services
Provides a clinic for early diagnosing of cognitive impairments
- Partners with the Sunset Country Family Health Team to offer the memory clinic
- Provides early diagnosis and treatment for problems associated with memory loss
- Team includes Physicians, Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, Registered Practical Nurse, Social Worker, Dietitian, Pharmacist and Client Services Coordinator with Alzheimer Society
