Description of Services

  • Provides a diabetes prevention and management program
  • Educates individuals on healthy eating, nutrition, traditional foods, and traditional ways of knowing
  • Services include:
    • Life skills programs such as cooking classes, meal planning, label reading, and food journaling
    • Land based activities such as berry picking and harvesting
    • Diabetes education
    • Access to food hampers and grocery supports
