Distress Line: Trained support by volunteers for people experiencing emotional distress, including feelings of stress, loneliness, hopelessness, or being overwhelmed

LGBTQ+ Support Line: Accessible by phone or text * trained inclusive support by volunteers for LGBTQ+ people or for people who are questioning their identity or sexuality

TeleConnect Line: Daily calls by trained volunteers to offer support and social connection * emotional support, conversations, reminders and prompts

Seniors Offering Support: Senior volunteers offering peer support * discussions and conversations
