Description of Services
Mental health consultation services to the elderly * services offered in private homes, nursing homes and long-term care facilities * treats people with complex geriatric issues who are also facing diminishing autonomy
Satellite offices located at 1905 Laurier St, Rockland * 710 Principale St, Casselman
- assessment and consultation
- support and counselling to the elderly and to family members
- support with behaviour management (aggression, depressed mood, paranoia, etc.)
- review of medication
- follow-up after hospitalization
- support and training for counsellors and caregivers who look after the elderly
