Eligibility / Target Population
Frail or isolated adults 55 years and older and is for those who have difficulties with mobility or socializing on their own * clients must be cognitively intact and able to manage self care with minimal assistance
Fees
Program fee $22 * the cost covers transportation and participation in a social or health program * lunch is the responsibility of the client * Tuesday lunch at Abbotsford cost $7

Description of Services
Specialized Adult Day Program on Tuesdays at Abbotsford for a social get together and activity followed by a nutritious lunch * A telephone program on Thursday, and an off-site outing with lunch on Friday * Transportation is included or paratranspo is used * Other transportation can be arranged at a cost to the participant
