Description of Services
Services and support for adults with speech and language difficulties of an acute neurological basis which may include:
* services are part of a team-based approach with occupational therapy and/or physiotherapy
- poor understanding and/or use of language
- motor speech disorders
- reading and writing difficulties post stroke
- head injury or other neurological impairment (i.e. Parkinsons)
- swallowing impairment
* services are part of a team-based approach with occupational therapy and/or physiotherapy
