Description of Services

Free, online support tool that assists Ontarians 16 and over who are motivated to reduce or stop the use of over 70 substances * safe, confidential and uses practical, self-guided courses, positive coping skills and behaviour change techniques to support people in recovery and help prevent a relapse

Offered in partnership with the Ontario Health Mental Health and Addictions Centre of Excellence (CoE)

Meetings

Tool available daily, 24 hours and can be accessed at the participant's own pace; however it is recommended to use the program at least once per week at the same time each week, for a minimum of 8 weeks * access to a PC, tablet or laptop device, as well as stable internet connection is required
