Description of Services
A variety of mental health services for adults on an outpatient basis
Psychotherapy is provided using a “stepped care” model, which places the patient at the level of care relevant to their needs. Service is primarily delivered via group therapy. A limited number of individual sessions are provided to prepare patients for the group experience
