Description of Services
Book an appointment to talk with a qualified counsellor in person or by phone. Scheduled counselling appointment times throughout Windsor and Essex County are offered. Evening and Saturday appointments are also available.

- Help you decide on action steps to move forward in your life
- Connect you with other community agencies, as needed

- Help you cope with changes in your life
