Description of Services
Advocacy and support for people with hearing loss who need assistance with managing daily life events * counsellors work with clients to:
- complete forms and applications
- renew or replace a driver's license, health card, or passport
- navigate through various government programs or agencies
- provide information for advocating clients' rights
- attend meetings with clients where additional support is need
- provider assessments and recommendations for communication devices
- refer clients to other services and agencies as needed
