- Supports a 25-metre pool
- Provides Red Cross and Lifesaving swimming lessons and public swims
- Offers aquafitness and aquatherapy programs
- Offers a cardio-room equipped with treadmills, stationary bikes, elliptical machine and steppers
- Provides a weight-room with free weights, nautilus equipment and an olympic gym
- Provides personal training and circuit training
- Offers yoga classes
- Houses a walking track
- Supports 2 international squash courts
- Provides ice rentals on 2 arena surfaces
- Offers public skates and shinny hockey
- Manages Fort Frances girls hockey
- Babysitting course
- Badminton
- Townshend Theatre rental
