This gender specific program provides the framework for young women to develop self-confidence, self-esteem and the interpersonal skills necessary for a balanced and successful life. The care provided to young women in the program includes the provision of food, shelter, educational upgrading, supervision and guidance, as well as the promotion of physical, emotional and social well-being
