Condo-style rehabilitation residence for people who have had an acquired brain injury or stroke * focuses on restoring or maximizing functionality * partners with Hamilton Health Sciences on delivery of care * services provided by healthcare professional in disciplines such as nursing, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, and medicine
