Consultative service for professionals and individual clients/patients/families that experience issues related to nutrition * in-patient and out-patient * assessment, education, care planning and follow-up services are provided to the pediatric and adult inpatient and outpatient populations * outpatient services are provided on a one to one basis by a Registered Dietitian
