specialized ambulatory service for the assessment and treatment of children and adolescents with chronic pain * pain management to children, adolescents and their families who are recently discharged from hospital or in preparation for, and following painful procedures, such as surgery
- Chronic Pain - specialized service for the assessment and treatment of children and adolescents with chronic pain
- Transitional Pain - pain management care to children, teens and their families whose pain is difficult to manage at home (location: 525 University Avenue, Suite 925)
