Description of Services
Home for female youth who are in need of affordable and
supportive housing * suited for youth who are enrolled in school and/or
employed and working towards independence
- housing-based case management to actively develop a youth-centred support plan
- system navigation and service referrals
- independent life skills development space
- opportunities for one-on-one counselling/family reunification supports
- cooperative living skills
- private room and communal kitchen, bathroom, living room, and outdoor space
