Description of Services
Programs and services to reduce drug-related harm for people who use drugs, including preventing the spread of communicable diseases
The Works Van - operate Monday to Friday from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Calls to request service are taken between 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
Services include:
Street Outreach- Outreach services to surrounding Victoria and Dundas area and other areas as needed.
Services include:
Call 311 for assistance with concerns about discarded drug-use supplies around your business or residence

Services include:
- distribute harm reduction supplies
- safer drug use education
- safer disposal of sharps education
- Naloxone training and distribution
- testing, vaccinations and wound-care (when nursing staff available)
Street Outreach- Outreach services to surrounding Victoria and Dundas area and other areas as needed.
Services include:
- connect with people who use drugs
- increase awareness and use of supervised injection services throughout Toronto
- promote "good neighbour" practices among people who use drugs, including safe disposal of drug use supplies
- collect discarded harm reduction supplies found while doing outreach
- provide education to workers and staff at local businesses on safer needle handling and disposal practices
- coordinate with other outreach activities in the community
- liaise with other service providers, including Streets to Home, mental health supports, and detox and drug treatment services
- provide safer drug use education, including overdose prevention and response
- provide safer drug use supplies, and distribute naloxone
- encourage safer drug use supply disposal
