Description of Services
Cardiac care program offering three stages of supervised exercise and education based on patients' stage of rehabilitation:
- supervised walking program for people waiting to participate in cardiac rehabilitation
- supervised cardiovascular and strength program for people who have been identified as appropriate by Hamilton Health Sciences' Cardiac Rehabilitation Team
- supervised graduate program for people who have completed their hospital program and are ready for community reintegration
