Description of Services
Virtual workshop to help participants reduce their risk of developing type 2 diabetes
A three-week virtual program available to children and adults. Through interactive two-hour sessions (led over Zoom), helps build the skills and confidence needed to make healthier choices
Each week includes an interactive lesson, virtual cooking demonstration and physical activity demonstration – all led by trained instructors
Virtual sessions are scheduled on an ongoing basis, based on interest and availability of participants
