Description of Services
Offers specialized outpatient services for adults who have been diagnosed with acquired neurological and complex disabilities * inter-professional clinical team comprised of physicians, nurses, occupational and physical therapists, speech language pathologists, dietitians, therapy support staff, social services, biomedical engineers and computer technologists
- Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Program (Progression) Programs and services for adults who have Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) * services include assistive technology for mobility * services provided by a nurse, occupational therapist, speech language pathologist, and dietitian
