food handler training and certification classes
food safety
health hazard prevention and management
infectious diseases prevention and control
part 8/Ontario building code (septic systems permits and inspections)
public health emergency preparedness

safe water (drinking and recreational)
tobacco enforcement
vector borne diseases including West Nile virus
