Description of Services
Intensive case management services to people with a serious mental illness who are subject to a Community Treatment Order (CTO) issed by a psychiatrist
One-on-one support services based on need and in consultation with a community support team * provides flexible support and treatment using a relationship-building model of service * an alternative to long-term hospital treatment, especially for individuals who have a pattern of discontinuing treatment or care after being discharged from the hospital

- Community Opioid Addiction Program Offers direct client services and community education for people with opioid addictions * assessment and screening required for entry into the treatment program
