Works to break down the barriers (physical or mental) that make it difficult for people to carry out everyday activities * services include:
orthopedics
hand therapy
splinting
stroke rehab
screening for return to driving
mobility / eating
upper extremity rehab
Acquired Brain Injury(ABI)
home modification
activities of daily living
cardiac and pulmonary rehab provided in group setting
Falls prevention classes offered in group
consultation and ongoing treatment
Assisted Devices Program (ADP) authorizer for mobility
