Eligibility / Target Population
Adults and youth 16 years and older who are currently homeless, at risk of becoming homeless, or who are inadequately housed * Includes anyone who is couch surfing, residing in a shelter or group home, renting a room, or who has been served an eviction notice * open to anyone regardless of mental health status
