Enhances an individual’s ability to function on a day-to-day level in the areas of self care * services offered:
driving program assessment
upper extremity rehab following stroke or traumatic injury
splinting
cognitive assessment
cognitive therapy
assessment for walkers and wheelchairs (previously referred patients only)
Assistive Devices Program (ADP) authorizer for mobility
