Short term, one-on-one crisis support
Services include:
Services include:
- information and referral for housing, shelters, and food banks
- connect with social assistance
- referrals to legal supports
- referrals to counselling
- help finding a family doctor, dentist
- access to financial supports such as Ontario Social Assistance and Ontario Disability Program
- support with government applications, education and employment
- help with new or replacing personal identifications such as OHIP, social insurance, birth certificate
