- Geriatric Day Hospital Service (Progression) Hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation day program for older adults with multiple health problems
- Geriatric Mental Health Outreach Team Geriatric mental health services provided to 11 long-term care homes in central Toronto * consultation, assessment and follow-up care
- Inpatient Services Services provided to patients who stay in hospital while under treatment
- Outpatient Clinics Medical services provided to patients who do not require an overnight stay in hospital
