Provides additional health services to community members that can include:
- Assistance with filling out various forms (Ontario Works, Employment Insurance etc)
- Information and counselling about smoking cessation
- Information regarding Power of Attorney forms
- Chronic disease self-management groups
- Immunizations
- Cancer Screening
- Cholesterol Management workshops
- Blood Pressure (BP) Clinics
- Walking Group
- Senior's Health Day
- Cardiovascular Risk Assessments
- Spirometry testing and Asthma/COPD counselling
- Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) Testing
