Description of Services
For individuals who have complex bio-psychosocial needs due to severe and persistent mental illness.
Intensive treatment, rehabilitation and support include; assertive outreach, 24-hour crisis service provided in conjunction with Sault Area Hospital Crisis Services, supportive counselling, medication monitoring, skills building and advocacy.
