• Post Acute Care Rehabilitation (PACR) Program 32-bed short-term rehabilitation program for people recovering for orthopedic surgery, hip and other fractures; people with medically complex conditions and post-stroke complications affecting their motor skills; people recovering from multi-organ transplant surgery; and people who have had stroke and neurological issues
