Helping those who have had a stroke to get back to daily activities and live the fullest life possible * include programs such as:
living with stroke
together in movement and exercise
fitness and mobility exercise programs
cognitive remediation
assessment services
monthly support group/peer group
individually designed physical therapy programs
attendant services
supportive housing
