Provides 24hr attendant services to adults with physical disabilities in order to promote independent living * includes bathing/washing, toileting, bowel and bladder care, rising/retiring care, dressing, undressing, personal grooming, mobility/transferring, meal preparation/feeding, laundry assistance, light housekeeping, assistance with grocery shopping
