People who have mobility issues, chronic pain, or arthritis
Warm-Pool Aquafit: Must not require a mobility aid for balance or for walking in the pool * must not require assistance showering, dressing, getting in and out of the pool or during the class * must be continent * must not suffer from dizzy spells, heart conditions, or chest pains
