Eligibility / Target Population

Medically stable adults 18 to 65 years with an acquired brain injury that has resulted in challenging behaviours * must be under the care of a physician * must not require immediate hospitalization for medical or psychiatric reasons * must not be facing criminal charges

Description of Services

Inpatient rehabilitation program for adults exhibiting challenging behaviours due to an acquired brain injury * care provided in wheelchair-accessible, bachelor-style apartments with common kitchen and lounge areas * services provided by rehabilitation therapists, nurses, behaviour therapist, social worker, psychologist, consultant physician, physiotherapist, and occupational therapist
