Description of Services
Assistance for people accessing government benefits
- offers advice and paralegal representation to people having difficulty with social benefits incomes (Employment Insurance, Canada Pension Plan-Disability Benefits, Ontario Disability Support Program and Ontario Works)
- provides representation at appeals as required
- collects medical documentation for disability appeals
- assists in crisis intervention and community referrals
