Low Acuity Personal Support Service (once weekly)
Only if back up provided
Some time limited services during post acute episodes
- scheduled service, ie, bathing
- routine activities of daily living
- medication reminders/application of creams
- bowel routine
- dry dressings

- TED stockings - requires assessment
- premeasured insulin
