Description of Services
1 inpatient bed for people needing short term complex medical management and rehabilitation services but believed to have restorative potential
Patients are most often recovering from a stroke, an orthopedic condition (e.g. following a fracture), or are medically complex * rehabilitation program requires that individuals actively participate in and can tolerate 2-3 hours of therapy per day * individuals are assessed with respect to the level and type of rehabilitation services they require * care is planned and delivered based on goals identified in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team and their families
Interdisciplinary Team Resources:
