Operates as the main Band Office for Northwest Angle 37 community members and oversees community programs, services and facilities
- Hospital services available at Lake of the Woods District Hospital, Kenora
- Ontario First Nation Policing arrangements through Treaty #3 Police Services, Kenora Central/West Detachment
- Child & Family services provided by Anishinaabe Abinoojii Family Services, Head Office in Kenora
- Fire Prevention Services offered by Anishinaabeg of Kabapikotawangag Resource Council
- Provides a recreation centre (Regina Bay) used for various recreational activities, community events and weekly bingos
- Offers health care and programs at the Zhaawanaabinesiik Health Centre
- Serviced by air through Sioux Narrows Airport located 5 miles SE of Sioux Narrows
